If you are an incoming student, please refer to the Math Placement section of NextSteps.

If you are a current student who still needs to take math and/or science courses to satisfy graduation requirements, you will need to take the math placement test if one of the following are true:

- You have not yet taken any college-level math and it's been over a year since your first placement test as an incoming freshman (or you have never taken the math placement test)
- You have transfer credit for math class(es) at or above the level of College Algebra that is more than three semesters old, and you have no placement score or your score has expired.
- You have transfer credit for a math class(es) below the level of College Algebra.
