Outside courses might be approved for UA credit, and the UA credit in turn might be usable for math placement.

For courses outside of Arizona or courses that are not in the Arizona our out-of-state lists, submit a pre-approval form. Note that you will be required to provide information about the transfer institution, including links to the home page, and ALL math course descriptions. Online courses also require a syllabus.
